ABOUT.
Much like you, we live and breathe renewable energy. We understand what it takes to design and construct a successful solar project. The sheer acreage and complexity of solar farm construction requires specialized surveying techniques and solar site optimization expertise to ensure proper solar racking selection, accurate post placement and on-time completion, while reducing grading and material costs and maximizing solar energy yield. Since 2010, our team has surveyed and optimized solar projects around the world and delivered on our promise to maximize ROI with intelligent, ultraprecise survey exhibits. Discover the difference of leveraging Coordinare's proprietary solar site optimization on your solar project.

Clients love us. Here are 3 of the biggest reasons why...
1
Optimized surveys, lower cost
Always keeping project profitability in mind, Coodinare looks for every opportunity to reduce construction costs and increase solar energy yield. Proper land grading, reduced post heights, and precise post location measurements to the thousandths of an inch combined with avoiding costly "redos" can save a large solar project hundreds of thousands of dollars.
Large-scale Solar Installation Expertise
2
With more than 70 solar projects in four countries with thousands of solar panels producing 12,500+ megawatt hours, Coordinare is the surveying contractor that has the knowhow and expertise to deliver a timely, easy-to-use, construction-ready exhibit your engineering and construction team can use immediately.
Lightning-fast turnaround
3
Coordinare'e team of solar survey experts has an average turnaround time of 9 days from contract signing to final delivery. Our mission is to be force multiplier for your installation which means when we commence a project we're all systems go! Our ultraprecise exhibits and speedy delivery means our partnership will accelerate your project velocity and increase the production of your solar arrays.
5 Star Review
"Greencells had a solar project in South Carolina that was going to be shelved because the bids came in too high. We contacted Coordinare and asked if they could find a way to reduce the grading. They did...from 300,000 yards to 65,000 yards, and the project moved forward successfully. We've used Coordinare to optimize our solar surveys ever since with equally impressive results."

Plan Review
-
Coordinare utilizes the experience of 100 unique Solar Sites when reviewing Civil and Structural Plans for constructability. This can reduce the permitting time and catch mistakes that others might miss.
Reduce Grading Costs:
-
Reduce construction costs by only grading what is necessary for the site-specific racking system and pile tolerances.
Reduce Pile Material Costs:
-
Analysis using the design grade to locate areas that will require increased pile tolerance (longer piles). This analysis can then be used when ordering piles, saving material costs.
Reduce Manpower Costs:
-
Ensure pile-placement Accuracy by having the pile locations adjusted to the final design slope of each table, reducing the time of all following activities (Balance of Systems).
-
While there is tolerance built into all racking system, this tolerance is generally there for inaccurate pile installation. When the table slope is not considered, some or all the pile tolerance can be used up before pile installation begins, which increases remediation time.
Increase Productivity:
-
To increase pile installation speed while also reducing human error, Coordinare provides a .CSV file with the following information:
-
Pile numbers
-
Pile Top Elevations
-
Pile description including:
-
Total Reveal
-
Location (Exterior, Interior, Motor or Center).
-
Type (size and/or color)
-
Bracket reveals above Top of Pile, where applicable.

Exhibits of the above are also provided, in PDF form, for office and field use. This further reduces installation time, human error, and remediation.Improve
Solar Energy Yield:
-
Utilizing available tracker system tolerances to increase module angles relative to the sun.
